How to Add Emails to Your Student’s Soar-a-Thon Page
Goal: Help your student reach their donation goal by adding at least 10 family or friend email addresses.
🔹 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to mesaviewptso.com
(You’ll see the Mesa View PTSO homepage.) - Click My Account in the top menu.
(If you aren’t logged in yet, sign in using your Membership Toolkit account.)
Side Quest.
(if you don’t yet have an account then go here to set up an account and get your name added to the list)

- Select Forms/Paperwork from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the Fundraising Campaigns section.
You’ll see your student’s name and the current fundraiser listed.
→ Click on the fundraiser link, for example:
“Soar-a-Thon 2025 for [Student Name]”

- On your student’s fundraiser page, click the Edit My Student button.

- Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says:
“Sending emails to your friends and family is the best way to solicit donations…” - Enter at least 10 email addresses, one per line, in the box provided.
(Example: grandma@email.com, uncle@email.com, etc.)

- Click Save Changes when finished.
💡 Tips
- Parents! If want to also receive marketing emails, they must add their own email addresses into the student's campaign as well.
- Each email you add will receive a friendly message with your student’s donation link.
- You can return at any time to add or update more email addresses.
- Encourage your student to reach out personally — it makes a big difference!
